SEF Custom products are made-to-order (print-on-demand). Delivery time includes design preparation, production, and shipping.

Order timeline

Design preparation (if applicable)

Some custom orders require design creation (e.g., line art conversion).
Design time: typically 48–72 business hours after purchase. If we need clarification (blurry photo, missing details), we’ll email you—delays in replying may delay fulfillment.

Production time

After design/order details are confirmed, your product goes into production with our partners (such as Printful/Printify).
Production time: typically 2–5 business days (may be longer during peak seasons).

Shipping time (after shipment)

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Estimated delivery after shipment (not guaranteed):

  • United States: ~ 3–8 business days

  • Canada: ~ 5–12 business days

  • International: ~ 10–25 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, and peak demand may affect delivery.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, and carrier rates.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we can reship (shipping fee may apply).

Customs, duties & taxes

International customers (including Canada, depending on shipment and carrier) may be responsible for duties/taxes/import fees charged by their country.
