Yes. We take pride in our work and stand behind our products. If there is an issue with your order when it arrives, we will work with you to make it right. Depending on the situation, this may include a revision before production, a replacement, or another appropriate solution.
Please note that because our items are custom-made, refunds and returns are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
How does the ordering process work?
Our process is simple and designed to ensure quality and accuracy:

Order placed
Once your order is confirmed, our team begins preparing your custom item. -
Customization and revisions (before production)
If your order requires design preparation, you may request adjustments before production begins so the final result matches your expectations. -
Production
After your order details are confirmed, your item enters production with our print-on-demand partners. Production times vary by product type and seasonal demand. -
Shipping
Once produced, your order is packaged and shipped. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for delivery estimates based on your region.
Can I see a preview of my design before purchase?
Because each order is individually customized and produced on demand, we do not provide previews before checkout.
If your order requires design preparation, we will confirm key details before production begins, so nothing is produced until the essential elements are ready to proceed.
I didnât receive any emails after ordering. What should I do?
Please check your spam/junk/promotions folders first, as order updates may be filtered by email providers.
If you still havenât received any email within 2â4 business days, contact us at support@sefcustom.com and we will assist you. In some cases, a typo in the email address or a mail server delay can prevent messages from arriving.
How long does shipping take?
Total delivery time equals production time plus shipping time. Shipping speed depends on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because our items are personalized and production begins quickly, changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has entered production.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@sefcustom.com We will check the status of your order and let you know what can be done.
