This Policy is designed for customers in the United States and Canada and also includes information for visitors from other regions.

A) Information you provide directly

- submit customization content (photos, text, initials, dates, etc.)
This may include:
- Identifiers & contact details: name, email, phone number, shipping/billing address
- Order details: items purchased, size/color/variant, personalization details
- Payment information: payment method details are processed by secure payment providers (we do not store full card numbers)
- Customer support info: messages, attachments, and any information you choose to share
- User-generated content (Customization files): photos/images you upload and text you provide to create a custom product
B) Information collected automatically (online identifiers)
When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect:
- IP address, browser type, device information
- pages viewed, time spent, clicks, referring/exit pages
- approximate location (derived from IP)
- cookie identifiers and similar tracking technologies
This helps us operate the Site, prevent fraud, and improve performance.

4) How we share personal information (POD + service providers)
We share personal information only as needed to run our business, including with:
A) Print-on-demand production & fulfillment partners
Because we sell made-to-order, personalized products, we must share certain information with our print-on-demand production and fulfillment partners to manufacture and ship your order. This may include your name, shipping address, phone number (if required by the carrier), order details (product, size, color), and customization details (text you provide and any images you upload).
Our fulfillment partners may include Printful and/or Printify (and their production and shipping partners), depending on the product and routing.
B) Payment processing
We use payment processors to handle transactions securely (e.g., Shopify Payments and/or other gateways available on checkout).
C) Shipping & logistics carriers
We share information with carriers to deliver your package (name, address, tracking details).
D) Website, analytics, and marketing tools
We may use tools that help us run and improve the Site and measure marketing performance (e.g., analytics, conversion measurement, ad pixels). Shopify also provides store and checkout infrastructure.
E) Legal disclosures

Some browsers and extensions provide a “GPC” signal. Where required, we will treat GPC-enabled requests as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing for that browser/device.

- Email: you can unsubscribe anytime using the link in our emails.
