Terms of Use — SEF Custom

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of sefcustom.com (the “Site”) and any purchase made through the Site. The Site is operated by SEF Custom LLC (“SEF Custom,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting the Site, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. About SEF Custom

SEF Custom offers custom-made, print-on-demand products. Most items are produced after an order is placed, often through third-party fulfillment partners.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and not to:

  • violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • interfere with the Site’s security or operation
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
  • misuse the Site in a way that could harm SEF Custom, other users, or third parties

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if we believe these Terms are being violated.

3. Account Information

You may choose to create an account or checkout as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Product Information and Availability

We strive to display product descriptions, mockups, and pricing as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors may vary depending on your screen settings and manufacturing processes.
  • Slight variations may occur between mockups and the final product due to production methods and materials.
  • Products, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability, and to cancel orders affected by such errors.

5. Orders, Payments, and Pricing

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • the information you provide (including shipping address and personalization details) is accurate
  • you are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • you understand that many items are produced on demand and may enter production quickly

Orders are not considered accepted until payment is authorized and the order is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, policy violations, or an inability to fulfill the order.

6. Custom Content (Photos/Text for Personalization)

If you upload photos, names, initials, dates, or text for customization, you represent and warrant that:

  • you have the legal right to use and submit that content, and
  • it does not infringe any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights)

You grant SEF Custom a limited, non-exclusive license to use your submitted content solely to create, produce, and fulfill your order, and to provide customer support if needed.

We may refuse, cancel, or modify orders that contain unlawful, hateful, explicit, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content.

7. Third-Party Services and Fulfillment Partners

We may use third-party services to operate the Site and fulfill orders, including payment processors, analytics/advertising tools, and print-on-demand fulfillment partners (such as Printful and Printify).

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services not controlled by SEF Custom. Their terms and policies may apply when you use their services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and page layout—is owned by SEF Custom or licensed to SEF Custom and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEF Custom will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SEF Custom LLC and its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

  • your breach of these Terms
  • your misuse of the Site
  • your violation of any law or third-party rights
  • content you submit for customization

12. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping timelines and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates when changes were made. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be brought in the courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
