Shipping and Delivery

At SEF Custom, every item is made-to-order using trusted print-on-demand partners. Because each product is created specifically for you, delivery time includes (1) design preparation (when applicable), (2) production, and (3) shipping.
This page explains how shipping works, what to expect, and how delivery estimates are calculated.
1) Order Timeline (Design → Production → Shipping)
A) Design preparation (when applicable)
Most orders go straight to production.
For some orders (e.g., line art conversion or special personalization layout), design preparation may take 1–3 business days after purchase.
If we need clarification (blurry photo, missing details), we’ll email you. Delays in replying may delay fulfillment.
B) Production time
After design/order details are confirmed, your item is produced by our fulfillment partners.
Production time: typically 2–4 business days (may be longer during peak seasons).
C) Shipping time (carrier delivery after shipment)
Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
2) Estimated Delivery Times (after shipment)
These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs clearance (Canada), holidays, and peak demand.

🇨🇦 Canada: 5–8 business days -

Design preparation (when needed) may add 1–3 business days. Remote areas and peak seasons (holidays/sales) may take longer.
3) Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, product type, weight, and carrier rates. You’ll see the total shipping cost before completing your order.
4) Tracking Your Order
Most orders include a tracking number. Tracking availability can vary by carrier and destination, but we will always send you the best tracking information available once your order ships.
To check your status:
- use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or
- log in to your account (if you created one at checkout)
5) Address Accuracy (Important)
Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct address.
If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal, or failure to pick up, we can reship the order (additional shipping fees may apply).
6) Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Any applicable fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
7) Delays, Lost Packages & “Delivered” Packages
A) Delayed shipments
If your tracking hasn’t updated for a short time, please allow 48–72 hours for carrier scans (this is common). If you’re concerned, contact us at support@sefcustom.com and we’ll help.
B) Tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it
If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t find your package:
- check your mailbox, safe places, neighbors, building reception
- contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
If still unresolved, email us within 7 days of the “Delivered” scan so we can assist.
C) Lost in transit
If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate (see our Return & Refund Policy).
